    2.电热镊子
    电热镊子是一种专门用来拆焊smt贴片元件的工具,相当于两把组装在一起的电烙铁。接通电源后,捏合电热镊子夹住贴片元件的两个焊端,就会很容易把元器件取下来。
    3.加热头
    smt元器件的引脚与THT元器件不同,在电烙铁上匹配上相应的加热头以后,可以用来拆焊smt元器件。
    4.热风工作台
    热风工作台是一种用热风作为加热源的半自动设备。它的热风筒内装有电热丝,软管连接热风筒和热风工作台内置的吹风电动机。启动开关后,电热丝被加热,吹风电动机压缩空气,通过软管从热风筒前端吹出来,电热丝达到足够温度后,就可以用热风对smt贴片加工元件进行焊接和拆焊。

浅谈SMT贴片加工中焊接材料的分类特点

一.焊锡有如下的特点:

1、具有良好的导电性:因锡、铅焊料均属良导体,故它的电阻很小。

2、对元器件引线和其他导线的附着力强,不易脱落。

3、熔点低:它在80℃时便可熔化,使用25W外热式或20W内热式电烙铁便可进行焊接。

4、具有一定的机械强度:因锡铅合金的强度比纯锡、纯铅的强度要高。又因电子元器件本身的重量较轻,SMT贴片中对焊点的强度要求不是很高,故能满足其焊点的强度要求。

5、抗腐蚀性能好:焊接好的印制电路板不必涂抹任何保护层就能抵抗大气的腐蚀,从而减少了工艺流程,降低了成本。

锡铅焊料中,熔点在450℃以下的称为软焊料。抗氧化焊锡是在工业生产中自动化生产线上使用的焊锡,如波峰焊等。这种液体焊料暴露在大气层中时,焊料极易氧化,这样将产生虚焊,会影响焊接质量。因此,在锡铅焊料中加入少量的活性金属,能形成覆盖层以保护焊料不再继续氧


化,从而提高了焊接质量。

二.常用的焊锡配比如下:


1、锡60%、铅40%,熔点82℃;

2、锡50%、铅32%、镉8%,熔点50℃;

3、锡55%、铅42%、铋23%,熔点50℃。
